Commercial SME Account Handler
An exciting opportunity to join our highly reputable and prestigious insurance brokerage as a Commercial SME Account Handler has arisen and we are looking for an experienced and driven individual to join us.
As a valued member of our growing business, you will be responsible for servicing clients through managing renewals, mid-term adjustments and developing excellent relationships.
Main duties will include:
- Building strong relationships with clients and insurers
- Handling premiums up to £10,000
What can you offer:
- Excellent technical knowledge in the SME arena
- Ability to work as part of the team
- Outstanding customer focus skills
- Ideally, 2 years’ experience of working with the SME sector
- Experience of using Acturis (not essential)
