130 Years Celebrations

It's hard to comprehend that we have been trading for 130 years this year.

The business was started in 1881 by Patrick F Scanlan. Our first offices were in Victoria Street Nottingam and we were one of the founder members of the Corporation of Insurance Brokers in 1910. As part of our membership on Unitas, the UK's leading alliance of independent insurance brokers, we are proud to be supporting and participating in their year long programme of fund-raising for the nominated charity of Cancer Research UK.

We have been alocated the month of September as our official fund-raising month but will be in fund-raising mode for the whole year.

Our first Charity Event will be Cancer Research UK's 5K  Race for Life at the Nottingham Victoria Embankment on Sunday 10 Jun 2012 at 10.30. so far we have a team of 4 of our fittest ladies running and it would be great if you would support them with sponsorship. 

In addition to a month of dress down Fridays, we are hosting a charity quiz night at Trent Bridge on Friday 21st September where a mix of client and insurer teams will battle with their grey matter. The evening will be rounded with a charity auction.
