Exam Success for Russell Scanlan

2012 was a very successful year for Russell Scanlan from a staff development perspective.

10 of our staff attained professional qualifications from the Chartered Insurance Institute and 13 staff were involved in some form of qualification based professional development.

Over 70% of our client facing staff now has a recognised insurance based exam qualification and it’s anticipated that this figure will increase to over 80% during 2013.

This is a fantastic effort by all concerned and demonstrates the commitment to staff training and development which is core to any successful business.
