New Appointment Boosts Private Client Services for Russell Scanlan
Joining the Nottingham team, based at Wellington Circus, as Private Client Account Handler is George Fox-Smith, who brings almost five years of insurance experience to the role. He will be providing bespoke personal policies and deliver renewals, midterm adjustments and support with claims to Russell Scanlan’s high net worth clients.
George, who lives is Gedling, joins the team having previously worked at Routen Chaplin Insurance Brokers and is eager to take on the new challenge at Russell Scanlan.
He said: “I knew Russell Scanlan was a highly regarded broker in the East Midlands, with a solid customer base in private clients, so I was really keen to get on board and further develop my skills in the field.
“Private client work is always full of variety; no two clients are ever the same and the service they require must be tailored to their individual lifestyle, which is something I really enjoy. The Russell Scanlan team has been so welcoming and friendly, everyone has been nothing but supportive as I’ve settled in. I’m now looking forward to getting stuck in with my new role, helping to provide our existing clients with the best possible service and build our customer base.”
As well as his Private Client team, George will be working alongside staff who help to provide insurance for businesses from across the East Midlands and beyond, from sectors such as warehousing, manufacturing, wholesale, retail and professional services. The company were also one of the first ever insurance brokers to launch a dedicated service designed specifically for breweries and distilleries, called Masterbrew.
